Make Every Minute Count

I had no idea it would take me this long to come up
with the sample art doll I plan to teach
She definitely took her time
letting me know what to put where...

But it wasn't until I found her name that she came to life...

...not a normal name of course..

but the only name she could ever have and could ever be...

Say hello to my
"Make every Minute Count"Art Doll
I will be teaching, hopefully some students, how to make her.
My goal for the class...will be,to have others feel the great joy I felt
creating her.

This Doll was created using doll parts, wood elements, fabric, metal sheets, paints,ICEResin and much much more.

She's amazing Cat! Isn't it wonderful how a simple little thing like naming the project can open up the inspiration channel and then everything else falls into place. You students are going to love creating her!

aw, cat, i can feel your love for this girl. she is beautiful. i love her facial expression and that she wears her heart as a fashion accessory.

next year maybe you should plan to come to the YAET (yard plus art) in my sideyard? :^)

no doubt you'll be a super duper teacher, friend.

Leave it to you, Cat, to reinvent an art doll...I've never seen anything like her. I love her message. This is something I'd love to learn how to make - all the bits and bobs called assemblage. Your class will be a sure-fire success. I am really excited for you that you will be an instructor before long! :-)
