My Sister's Pendant

My Sister Ingrid has a birthday coming up...

and I think I created about four pieces for her...

and I was unhappy with all of them...

So I  gave up and decided to just buy her a gift...

I ran to the store, picked her up something nice...
came Home...
and then
came
Inspiration.
heehee.

My sister Pendant
is made by using copper, crochet flowers, seed beads, wood bead and vintage button.
Hope she likes it.

soooooooooo excited!!
My sis lives in N.Y and I am in Florida.
She created the First half, then mailed it to me
and I finished the second half
Here's a sneak peak...

Wow! Congrats on the shared spotlight with your sis! And inspiration struck me yesterday at the post office of all places...waiting in line and I got pinged...rushed home to make it and am always grateful when it happens. I really like that pendant...she will love it, but now does she know what she is getting? lol....

Oh, she'll love it! Especially because you made it for her. Got a big chuckle out of your running to the store to buy a gift. The collaboration on the necklace is so special. Can't wait to see the piece.

I am not surprised...your work always seems to amaze me! It is kind of neat to pair up with someone and work on something together...bet you had fun. I would love to try something like that. Cat...well then this reminds me that it was a year ago that I had the good fortune of meeting you and your sister! And to think we were all in a class together nearly seems impossible now that we are all in various states...FL, VA, NY! :-) I know your sister will just love this pendant...I do! And I like how you added the personal message on the back.
Congrats to you on the upcoming publication - I can not wait to see it!
