Happy Place and Giveaway

My art room is small and it's jam packed with everything I love.
I'll admit,I have often imagined a huge workshop with tons of space and light.
But since I started years ago, working from my dining room table
I feel blessed to now have this small happy place I call my studio.
I was recently asked about space...
So I thought I'd take you along for a little tour...

This is where I normally sit and work on some jewelry..

It's a bit cramped, but it's nice having all my tools within arms reach...

This is where I sew...my favorite spot because I love having the window open and listening to the pool fountain and bird music outside..
I wish you could see my beautiful Underwood Typewriter on the left...it's covered with some vintage photos so it's hard to see...

On the other wall I have my counter...full of paints and glues and paper and kits and artbits...geez..when did I gather so much stuff...

Can you see the lovely Artbits from Paper Whimsy...oh dear..I'm in love with her wood goodies...

Now can you tell what my favorite tool is by looking at these photos?
huh?
guess again?
yup.
The label maker.
heehee..
I label everything..
even found this old photo of Wolfie...

Hubby says I have a problem..
I don't know what he's talking about.
heehee.

Now it's time for a Giveawy!!

I am offering two mini tins that are currently in Belle Armoire. These little treats measure approx 2" x 2" and they are just puuuuurfect for hiding away little treasures!
Just leave me a comment here
and I will pick two winners
on March 8th.

It's a fantastic space and so organized as I can attest because I've seen in it person. I can't believe you labelled Wolfie. Too funny!

Oh yes, please! Count me in your generous giveaway. I would love two mini tins. I enjoyed your studio photos. So organized and a wonderful space. I like how you have your paints stored in the open squares of the shelving and some of your tools are conveniently hanging. I'm in awe.

I love seeing your space and it's so wonderfully organized. Maybe mine will look better in sepia tones!
I actually have to maintain two studios, kind of crazy it is.
Sweet giveaway you've got going. One can't have too many tins can they?

WOW! You are so organized! Everything is in a spot. Is it the little label maker that makes you so organized? If it is, I am going to go buy me two. It looks so awesome! Kudos to your organization!

Cat, Thanks for the tour of your studio. No you don't have a problem because if you did then so do I. Your studio is so well organized. The tins are so sweet, I would decorate with beads and then store some of my many beads in them.

Oh my gosh you are so organized!!!! I have a big mess that I can not seem to get in order. Nothing wrong with having a label on everything - now you know where to find it...ok the dog, you should remember his name.
I loved the picture of you and your Mom now and then in your last blog.

Love your studio tour - it's not cramped, it's cozy! I'll have to pick up a copy of Belle Amoire - I love your jewelry tins!!
Your studio is amazing. Most of my art making goodies are in computer sized boxes waiting to be sorted through and put in order by fabric and lace, colors and favorites. It is a huge under taking but I know it will all come together at some point.
You are an inspiration and it is a joy to be able to view your blog.
And thank you for a chance for the sweet tins which were highlighted in Belle Armoire.
Thank you so very much!

What a really beautiful space it is. I love that you have everything so very organized (and LABELED) I own a label-maker (or two) but am not actually sure where they are at present. My craftroom is a mess of things thrown about willy nilly. I'd love to have the neatness to mine that yours has. A girl can dream! :)
