Begin

There are times for each of us when we simply have to begin again! We’ve all been there and there’s a very good chance we’ll each be there again. And although the circumstances vary widely, we know that the solution is always the same: Begin. -Paul Boynton

This reminds me of the words that started me on my creative journey...the first line in the Mary Oliver poem "The Journey" ...."One day you finally knew what you had to do and began"...I see these words everyday as I have them on my wall in my art room...they remind me of the first step, and every step there after.

One of the hardest things to do,is to begin(at least it was for me) , but soon after that first step, I realized that, ...sure it might take me a couple of steps to get into a rhythm, but once I do,there's no stopping me.

and then every mountain top,no matter how high, is within reach.

Sure...it might take you a couple of steps to get into a rhythm, but once you do....there's no stopping you.

"Long ago God drew a circle in the sand exactly around the spot where you are standing right now. You were never not coming here. This was never not going to happen.” — Elizabeth Gilbert

Here's to making every minute count,

Keep your head down and keep moving and you will be a force to be reckoned with. xox
What a wonderful post! I love your studio window too! I've started a few garlands similar to yours, and you've given me inspiration in words (and a lovely pic) to get me moving on it!

Thanks again, I love your blog.
