Handmade Games and Giveaway Winner

With all the high tech games out there,it always makes me happy when my little man comes up with a handmade game to play.This weeks game is called "Business Game".

The goal is to pay for different business ventures with the money that you accumulate and in doing so,you get a return on your investment every time you roll the die.

Make Every Minute Count Art Doll

Session Two
July 15th-August 25th

Let's make every minute count in this very special workshop where you will learn how to create your own 16" free standing doll. You will begin the class by constructing the base of the doll and then move on to a lovely vintage style dress made out of layered muslin, fabric, and gauze. It will be embellished with vintage buttons, findings, and thread. You will then distress the head and arms using a Crackle technique. But that is not all! I will show you how to make the center of your doll extra special because inside the belly of the box, you will create a unique one of a kind heart centerpiece! The dolls arms will come to life with rusty springs that extend out of the box, oh so beautiful! Once all the components are finished you will begin assembling, creating a unique one of a kind ART Doll.

My Sister's Pendant

My Sister Ingrid has a birthday coming up...

and I think I created about four pieces for her...

and I was unhappy with all of them...

So I  gave up and decided to just buy her a gift...

 I ran to the store,picked her up something nice...

came Home...

is made by using copper,crochet flowers,seed beads,wood bead and vintage button.

I also have some exciting news to share about me and my sister Ingrid.

A necklace we both created has been picked up for publication and I am

soooooooooo excited!!

My sis lives in N.Y and I am in Florida.

She created the First half,then mailed it to me

and I finished the second half
