K & S Colors, Blog Hop!

Well hello creative friends! Yea, it's been a hot minute since I shared a blog post, a couple of years in
fact, but who's counting. What matters is the here and now and right now I'm playing with K & S Colors, Alum Foils. I was invited to participate in a blog hop and try these beauties out! I have a VERY hard time saying no when any kind of metal is involved. 😁heehee

If you're not familiar with these they come in an assortment of beautiful colors, they're perfect for cutting, crimping, embossing, and more! They come in .0004 thick x 12 wide which gives you a lot to play with it!

Now I have to admit I've played with their copper foil in the past. I loved it for creating texture! But in this case, I wanted to go beyond the texture. I wanted to see what else I could do with this metal, specifically what I could use on top of it to create new and unique backgrounds.
Here I played with Spray paint, Rub Ons and Acrylic Paint!

Check out my full video below,  I come up with some pretty amazing results using products already in my studio.  All I can say is I am now looking at K&S Colors in a whole new way.

Also, be sure to check out the other participants in this hop, there are some pretty amazing projects on the Designer Craft Connection Blog! So much good stuff, I promise, you will be inspired!

Thanks again to Ann and Julie for inviting me and helping me along on my first hop in years!!
