Through the eyes of a Artist.I took this beautiful image the other day, falling in love with the colors of the morning sky.My mind quickly wandered to the Grace in which we are fortunate enough to get a glimpse of ..every now and then. And so I ran inside grabbed the camera, and happy with the shot,I showed it to my 12 year old artist and said,"look at this Glorious sky..Come and share it with me" and so we looked and she said to me,"we are not the only ones in love with the sky this morning..the dog in the trees is enjoying himself as well."

More Digital Fun!!I'm thinking its just as much fun to create ACEO'S digitally than by hand.I'm hoping to start a new collection of digital ACEO's.I still love the feel of a pair of tiny scissors in my hand, but this digital stuff is awesome!!I feel like I have more freedom this way.I was even thinking of combining the two, creating a digital ACEO,printing it up and then adding more texture with beads and doo-dads...I'm still learning, and this is all exciting to me..This new ACEO is called "Missing you from Paris"

As always, thank you so much for stopping by

Cat, I just discovered your blog today (through a comment posted on A Fanciful Twist) and I've just got to say, your work is absolutely stunning. Some of the best I've seen (for my taste) and I've looked at hundreds of artists' blogs in the last few months. I'm starting my very own first blog tomorrow (eek!) and I'll definitely be putting your blog on my list of favorites.

By the way, is the tin ornament (the first one with the birds) that you posted on November 13 for sale? I'm swooning over it, along with the mitten book and many other things. So freakin' gorgeous!!!

I'll be back!

Beautiful picture! I love looking at the sky too, especially when there's contrast of pure white cloud on bright blue sky :-)
